Our Story

Hi, my name is Kristy and I'm the owner of Yogi Raw Life and the Cork Yoga Mat Shop. I am a real person (yes, not a robot!) who loves practicing yoga, being around friends & family, being outdoors, being indoors (ask me what I am currently binge-watching, it is usually something good), and enjoying much of what life has to offer. I am excited to own and operate Yogi Raw Life!

How did I become the owner of a yoga mat shop? It started years ago, on a lovely Tuesday, when I went to my first yoga class. I was not sure what I was getting myself into, but I knew I needed something to help me feel grounded and centered. As I spent time in my yoga practice, I fell in love with it and, I knew I wanted to make yoga an even more significant part of my life. After some soul searching, and internet searching, I connected with the previous owner of the Cork Yoga Mat Shop and yada, yada, yada, here we are today!

I am pleased to offer you a functional yoga mat that combines excellent technical performance with an ethical approach to business without harming our beautiful planet.
