We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
You can return any unused product within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, and in the same condition that they were received. Please email us at hello@yogirawlife.com stating the reason for return. We will provide you with a confirmation number and shipping instructions. Shipping the product back, to Yogi Raw is at the customer’s expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
